Return & Refund Policy
Applies In-store and Online
Items purchased in-store may be returned 14 days after the purchase date. For an item to be eligible for a return, we kindly ask that all products are in new and unused, unworn, and unopened condition. Ineligible items include all music, incense, vintage goods, and gift cards. Upon inspection and approval, an exchange or store credit will be provided, no refunds. All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) is the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange the buyer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee and re-stocking fee accordingly.
Damages and Other Issues
AGS is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage or loss caused during shipping is to be brought to the attention of the shipping company. Please inspect your order upon arrival, and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Thank you for your understanding.
