Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us within 14 days of your original purchase date if you wish to make a return. In general, new, unopened, and unused items are eligible for a refund with some exceptions.

We reserve the right to refund or exchange items at our discretion.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. All items are purchased at your own risk. Thank you for your understanding.

Any damage or loss caused during shipping is to be brought to the attention of the shipping company. 

Online orders

All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange, return or refund, the buyer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee and re-stocking fee accordingly.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
