General Information

Online orders are fulfilled on Fridays
Includes local pickup and shipped orders. Please note that orders placed on a Friday will be fulfilled the following Friday. Our shop has become a place where community gathers, so dedicating one day a week to fulfill online orders helps us provide a better experience for everyone. Mahalo for your understanding.

If your order contains a pre-order an item that's not yet in stock, we'll ship your order once all items become available. If your order contains an item that has unfortunately gone out of stock, we may choose to refund you for that item and ship you the rest of the items in your order. Some orders may ship as multiple packages depending on stock availability.

Local Pickup

Our shop, AGS Honolulu, is located at 2017 South King Street, Honolulu, HI 96826. If you select Pickup at checkout, we look forward to seeing you! Please note the following:

  • Please check our store hours on Google Maps.
  • Metered street parking is available along King Street (free on Sundays).
  • If you bought a pre-order item, your order will be ready for pick-up once the stock has arrived. Subscribe to our newsletter and/or follow us on Instagram for pre-order updates. 

In-store Pickup (Local Pickup)

Select "Pickup" during online checkout.

You'll receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup. Find our hours of operation on Google Maps.

USPS Media Mail

We strive to offer affordable shipping costs for all. However, we no longer offer USPS Media Mail due to excessive damages and delays. We do not offer USPS Media Mail due to damages and delays we've experienced in the past. We offer USPS First Class and USPS Priority to ensure a safe and successful delivery. 

Insurance

Orders do not include insurance. Insurance is available upon request. Please contact us before or immediately upon placing your order if you wish to add insurance to your order.

Damaged Goods

Did you receive a damaged package? We pack orders securely to ensure safe delivery, but sometimes the universe has other plans. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. 

International Shipments: PLEASE READ

AGS is not responsible for any charges incurred from customs or import duties. AGS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages to international destinations. Please be mindful of your country's rules and regulations regarding importing goods. Contact us if you wish to purchase insurance for your order.
