The long-lost complete version of "Symphonic Poem 'Watarase'," the masterpiece that served as the source for jazz pianist Fumio Itabashi's representative work "Watarase," a crucial piece that ignited the current global boom in Japanese jazz, is finally being released!!

Following the success of 'Watarase ~ECHO~,' a compilation of previously unknown takes of Fumio Itabashi's representative work "Watarase," which is now attracting attention from jazz fans worldwide, from the perspective of Minoru Wakasugi, a pioneer of the Japanese jazz scene, the second installment, 'Watarase ~VOICE~,' compiles songs focusing on "voices," primarily unreleased tracks featuring a diverse range of vocalists. As the third installment following the first, the complete version of the symphonic poem "Watarase" performed by the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra in 2001, featuring Fumio Itabashi, Yuki Kaneko, and conductor Kazuhiko Komatsu, will finally be released! While an anthology version, which includes parts of "Watarase," is planned for inclusion in the second installment, "Watarase ~VOICE~," the complete 42-minute version has never been released on recording until now, making this a truly legendary recording that will finally be available physically for the first time.
